After catalog staples ‘Firing Devices’ and ‘Penrose Steps’ Club Djembe inspiration and family member Kaval, drops his first full EP on the label with “Through the Woods”. A drum focused and rhythm forward set of club tools that the producer's name is synonymous with.

Member of the Egregore collective, Kaval is one of the
activists of the current Toulouse bass scene and of the
French hard drum scene in particular.

For the last few years, the Kaval machine has been running
at full speed: plenty of releases, a guest mix for UK legend
Marcus Nasty on Rinse FM, his "Lost Drums Show"
residency on Egregore, tracks playlisted by Pearson Sound,
Peverelist, Skream and DJ Python.

In these sets he explores percussive styles and strives to
offer "blends" that are as surprising as they are euphoric. In
love with BPM from 90 to 150, the "sound-system" spirit is
felt through his selection.
